BEFORE THURSDAY APRIL 4th
- Continue to work on prototypes, presentation boards, and your elevator pitch
- Create an individual blog entry about prototyping
- Make sure that someone in your group documents this mode, Prototyping, for your project
THURSDAY, APRIL 4th: IN-CLASS PITCHES
- Each group will have a total of 7 minutes – about 4 minutes to share your concept (start with identifying the company and HMW, share your prototype and then tell us why this is a great concept re: both for the company and principles of sustainability) and then 3 minutes for everyone else to get a chance to complete the feedback form (if you use all 7 minutes to talk, you won’t get any feedback – and you do really want feedback at this point)
- See Blackboard (folder “Evaluate”) for the feedback form we will use (I will bring copies to class)
BEFORE FRIDAY, APRIL 5th
- Review and synthesize feedback from Thursday’s pitches (summarize the key take-aways for your own use and to support documentation of this step – it may be useful to summarize feedback within the Feedback Grid format).
- Negotiate within your group what feedback to respond to and how (modifying your prototype, your presentation board, and your pitch, as needed).
- Make changes to your prototype, your presentation board, and your pitch, as needed (I will be looking for evidence of ongoing iteration when I do final grading)
